Canva Tutorial : How to add QR codes in Canva



QR codes are a great way to get an extra boost of exposure for your brand. They're perfect for bloggers, advertisers, and entrepreneurs alike. If you're not sure how to add QR Codes in Canva and want to learn more about this world-changing technology, keep reading!

In this post, we'll walk you through setting up your first QR code in Canva. We'll cover how much space is necessary on your image for the code to be detectable by scanning software and explore different ways that you can use QR codes in marketing posts on social media.
Most Canva templates are already formatted so that you can incorporate a code, but before you add it, you'll need to make sure that it's in the correct position.

To add a QR code in Canva:
Step 1: Click on the image that you'd like to add your QR code to.
Step 2: Click on "Add an Icon" and choose "QR Code" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Find your image (or take a new photo) to use as the background. The background does not need to be very large, because we will be placing the code over top of it in a later step.
Step 4: Scan your QR code from a mobile device. Make sure that it is configured the same as your background image for testing purposes.
